10 simple ways to glowing, real healthy skin

hot girls on set: I’m always surprised when I’m asked about my beauty routine + no, this pic is not retouched, it’s shot just as @kevinkimphoto snapped it. … trust me my skin was never perfect. It was completely flawed, I was a surfer for 10+ years in Cali + now I live in NYC with the cold + wind! @iamwellandgood and I are writing my week 3 Cleanse, all about your skin.

Here are my best notes:
1️⃣- drink green tea 🍵matcha + water. I quit coffee years ago. Cut out all sugary drinks! I eat a big salad everyday + lots of sweet potatoes.
2️⃣- I cut sugar from my diet. (bye breakouts!)
3️⃣- clock as much sleep as you can each night
4️⃣- stay away from people who stress you out. Tell your ex boyfriend not to text you.
5️⃣- remove all of your makeup at night (use olive oil or coconut oil)
6️⃣- eat foods that tame your crazy hormones!
7️⃣- less is more: I wear @coola_suncaresunscreen, @itcosmetics CCcream+ bronzer & a @shiseido mascara. That’s it. Less is so much more, you!
8️⃣- I wash my face with coconut oil, or gentle cleansers, only once a day like my girls, @indie_lee + @tataharperskincare.
9️⃣- use a solid moisturizer like @boscia@farmacybeauty @shiseido!.
🔟- I’m a face oil queen! I use a dab of coconut oil on my brush to my cheeks after I apply my CC cream + bronzer. I love @biossance + @mirandakerr‘s products. *Be gentle on your skin, minimize sun + note
