Acai Coconut Macadamia Smoothie Bowl

Aloha from this Hapa, smoothie-loving, clean eating chef, Candice! It’s time for you to start spooning more smoothies! Below you’ll find my magical recipe for a simple and DELISH acai smoothie bowl! So get those Sambazon packs, your Vitamix and some yummy, fresh toppings like macadamia nuts, hemp seeds, and fresh banana! You’ll LOVE the way this one tastes and how it makes you FEEL- good! xx ck

Serves 2

To Blend:

2 Sambazon acai berry packets (unsweetened)

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup wild blueberries

1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

To Top:

1/4 cup fresh coconut pieces

1 ripe banana, sliced

1/2 cup fresh pineapple slices

1/4 macadamia nuts

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

To Make!

In a powerful blender, like a Vitamix, add your acai packets (slightly defrosted), frozen banana, blueberries, and coconut/almond milk and blend until a frozen yogurt consistency appears. Blend well, until smooth. Using a spatula, place the acai mix into two shallow bowls.

Top with the coconut pieces, banana slices, pineapple slices, mac nuts, hemp seeds and even a dash of spirulina! Enjoy my lovely friends! Super delish super foods are what make your beautiful body smile, from the inside-out! Enjoy! Mahalo xxx Candice
