In a powerful blender, like a Vitamix, add your acai packets (slightly defrosted), frozen banana, blueberries, and coconut/almond milk and blend until a frozen yogurt consistency appears. Blend well, until smooth. Using a spatula, place the acai mix into two shallow bowls.
