Who wants to drink a fatty-calorie-laden milkshake when you can get every super benefit in the world from my Clean Green Drinks – smoothies that TASTE like a milkshake, but which are packed full of amazing and delicious nutrition! In my Chocolate Peanut Butter Monster, I give you the tasty combination of natural peanut butter, antioxidant-packed cocoa powder, and Popeye’s  favorite super green! You are going to be getting omegas, vitamins, and minerals all with just one touch of  a button – and all the taste of a totally sinful milkshake treat.

Serves 3

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 cups baby spinach

1 frozen banana

1/2 Bartlett pear, core removed

2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup ice

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately
