Clean Green Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

If you’re someone who pops a couple of anti- inflammatories a day to deal with pain or other issues, I would highly suggest trying out this smoothie. I created this delish smoothie after I needed an anti-inflammation kick! I love the natural, positively packed anti- inflammatory powers from the blueberries, blackberries, and walnuts—it tastes like a berry milkshake! Try it out with a loved one, too, and share the clean green love!

Serves 3; yields 30 ounces

Ingredients:

1 frozen bananas (or swap for 1 avocado to reduce sugar)

3/4 cup frozen blueberries

3/4 cup frozen blackberries

1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 teaspoon bee pollen1⁄4 cup raw walnuts

1/4 cup raw walnuts1 cup baby spinach

1 cup baby spinach1 teaspoon spirulina powder (optional)

1 teaspoon spirulina powder (optional)

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 😉
