Sweet potatoes are naturally packed with vitamin A (for sparkling eyes and skin!), vitamin B-6 (perf for brain-function, cardio health and immunity), fiber (let's get you movin'!), potassium and yes, there's even protein in sweet potatoes!

Use your leftover sweet potato mash or roasted sweet potatoes, or even your sweet potato pie in this heavenly-leftover-friendly smoothie recipe!

Serves 2

Ingredients:

2 cups leftover sweet potato mash or roasted sweet potatoes/sweet potato pie

1 pinch pumpkin spice

1 pinch cinnamon

1/2 frozen banana

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

3/4 cup light coconut milk

Directions: 

Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth! Serve immediately.
