If beauty starts from within, this is the perfect beverage for you to enjoy when you need to prop up your immunity and revive your beauty regimen. Fewer wrinkles and fewer colds; you’re looking berry beautiful.

Serves 3

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups coconut water

1 cup baby spinach


1 cup frozen blueberries

1  cup frozen strawberries 


2  teaspoons spirulina 


1  tablespoon probiotics/ acidophilus 


2  tablespoons resveratrol 


Directions:

Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
