 Try this blueberry Protein Power 'Shake'! It will have you doing lean-protein backflips in no time.

Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

2  cups frozen blueberries

1  frozen banana (or try 1 avocado to cut down on sugar!)

4 tablespoons (1 scoop) protein powder – I prefer pea protein

1 cup ice

Directions:

Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
