This superfood can be consumed daily either mixed with water or even better, incorporated in some of my fresh summer body-ready recipes! Think salad dressings, marinades, soups, and even smoothies!

But Apple Cider Vinegar goes far beyond vinaigrettes and classic dressings, it’s a fab way to balance and awaken other flavors while improving gut health and balancing blood sugar levels. My delish summer detox spritz coming soon!

The Peach Smoothie

Servings: 2
Prep time: 5 min.
2 1⁄2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1⁄2 frozen banana
3⁄4 cup sweet potato puree, or steamed sweet potatoes
3 cups frozen, organic peaches
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground ginger
1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop of collagen powder
1-2 tablespoons Nature’s Intent® Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Combine almond milk, banana, sweet potato, organic peaches,
ginger, cinnamon, collagen powder and organic apple cider vinegar in
a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
