Wild Blueberry Avocado Beauty Smoothie

For a low-sugar and beauty from the inside treat, try this antioxidant packed Blueberry Avocado smoothie of mine! Made with wild blueberries, avocado, almond milk, a hint of spinach and a touch of lemon. You’ll love how decadent and feel-good this clean drink really is.

Serves 2


3/4 of a ripe avocado, pitted

2 cups wild, frozen blueberries

1/2 cup organic baby spinach

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 1/2 cups almond milk.


Directions: Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender, and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
