Welcome to the world of clean green salad dressings. You can whip up virtually hundreds of different dressings at home. Sometimes, all you need is a few pantry items and some fresh herbs. Here’s my gift to you: the Clean Green Goddess Dressing!

This delicious, vibrant green dressing is a perfect option for serving with a platter of crudités, spreading on a wrap or sandwich, and even topping a juicy burger. It’s nutrient-packed without any processed chemicals, additives, excess sugars, or preservatives.

Yields 1 cup

Ingredients:

1/2 large avocado, pitted, peeled, and halved

2 scallions finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high. Store the dressing in a resealable glass jar, in the fridge, for up to 2 weeks.
