Growing up, my family’s lifestyle was always to achieve health and wellness by eating whole foods. That’s why my favorite recipes make the most of these ‘power foods,’ like almonds and avocados!

What can you find in my grocery cart? Colorful produce, my favorite fruits, fresh produce nuts and seeds. YUM.
