DIY Juice Shots

Priorities. A healthy and nourished, glowing Mind, Body, and Soul is my number 1 priority. I choose to nurture myself and give my body a natural-boost with homemade juice shots! Juice shots are a fun and delish way to give yourself a quick pick me up, plus you can load up on vitamins, get your metabolism going, detox your body, and give that skin a radiant glow! Here are a few simple variations using my favorite ingredients! These will make you glow like the goddess you are! xxx

Ginger Lemon Turmeric

Ingredients

½-1 whole lemon

1 inch piece of ginger

Thumb sized piece of turmeric

Directions

1. Wash and peel ginger and turmeric

2. Juice lemon, ginger, and turmeric

3. Serve, sip, and enjoy!

Carrot Ginger Cayenne

Ingredients

4 carrots

1 inch piece of ginger

Pinch of cayenne (or as much as you can handle!!)

Directions

1. Wash and clean the carrots and ginger (only peel the ginger!)

2. Juice your carrots and ginger

3. Add as much cayenne and you like! I like mine hot! (or as much as you can handle!!)

4. Serve, sip, and enjoy!

Lemon Apple Ginger Cumin

Ingredients

½-1 whole lemon

3 apples

1 inch piece of ginger

Generous pinch of cumin (or as much as you can handle!!)

Directions

1. Wash and clean your lemon, ginger, and apples (only peel the ginger!)

2. Juice the lemon, ginger, and apples

3. Add a healthy dose of cumin

4. Serve, sip, and enjoy!
