Fresh Berry Quinoa Beauty Bowl + Coconut Cream + Almonds

Love fresh berries with cereal or oats in the morning? Here’s your new favorite protein fix + amino acids+ antioxidants to get your day started. You’ll love the way this decadent pairing of sweet, tart, good-fat and crunch work together to nurture that beautiful-bod! xxx Candice

Serves 2-4


1-3 cups leftover quinoa, amaranth or g free oats, your choice of grains

Fresh berries:

Sliced strawberries, blueberries or raspberries, your choice of berries

Unroasted almonds, sliced

Coconut milk, or coconut cream (use in moderation) YUM! Or try almond/cashew milk


Place the quinoa into your serving bowls, top with fresh berries, of your choice, followed by the sliced almonds, finish with coconut milk/almond milk or coconut cream and serve. Add a dash of cinnamon if you’d like, to help with cognitive function and memory. Beautiful girl, beauty is an inside job! xx ck
