The Slimming Pumpkin Smoothie

One of my most popular smoothies to date, starring delicious, vitamin-A-loaded pumpkin puree. you are hooking yourself up here, hon. Whip up an extra glass for your man or a girlfriend at work, and share the satiety and nutrition together.

1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened almond milk

3⁄4 cup organic pumpkin puree

1 frozen banana

1⁄2 Bartlett pear, cored

1⁄4 teaspoon pumpkin spice

4 tablespoons (1 scoop) protein powder

1⁄2 cup ice


Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
