2 1⁄2 cups unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1⁄2 frozen banana
1 handful of macadamia nuts
3⁄4 cup sweet potato puree, or steamed sweet potatoes
3 cups frozen, organic peaches
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons your fave protein powder
Directions:
Add ingredients into a Vitamix and blend until smooth.
