my ladder: simple sweet potato smoothie

How do I stay on set all day from LA to NY to HNL and Tokyo? …and work as the “Jane of all Trades” (talent, writer, producer, director) — by constantly eating real foods, prioritizing my health and blending up my sweet potato, vitamin A and fiber-filled smoothies! This sweet potato Ladder Smoothie can also help boost your immune system as well as your mood!

Enjoy, and feel good about your 2019 #goals!!

 

Ingredients:

2 1⁄2 cups unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk

1⁄2 frozen banana

1 handful of macadamia nuts

3⁄4 cup sweet potato puree, or steamed sweet potatoes

3 cups frozen, organic peaches

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice

1⁄4  teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

4 tablespoons Ladder Vanilla protein powder

 

Directions:

Add ingredients into a Vitamix and blend until smooth.
