Hi beautiful friends! Welcome your new pretty in pink super-food, pitaya, aka Dragonfruit! Pitaya is filled with Vitamin C, fiber, magnesium and B vitamins. You need that vitamin C to keep your immunity up and that skin supple! Fiber, to keep you regular and moving 😉 and you need that magnesium for energy, healthy muscles, bones and a sharp brain! And lastly, those B vitamins are for Beauty! Beauty from vitamins B1, B2 and B3, which help to aid in healthy skin, nails, and can help detox a healthy liver! Try out dragonfruit with my friends at PitayaPlus! You can find pitaya in these fabulous smoothie ready packets, with no added sugar, no GMOs and no additives! Pitaya Super Beauty Smoothie

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:

2 Pitaya plus smoothie packets

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup light coconut milk, from the can

1 tablespoon coconut shavings

1 teaspoon bee pollen

1 cup spinach (if desired, but pretty pink color will go away!)

ice, as needed

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
