When I was a lil’ one you couldn’t get my hands out of that strawberry basket; I was (and still am) absolutely in love with these berries. I make them into sun-dried fruit roll-ups, I cook them into a delicious sweet jam, I slice them up with a little honey and use them as a yogurt topping, and I love adding them into my favorite spinach and strawberry salad in my lovely cookbook!
