Super Beauty Pitaya Smoothie

I've been eating fresh pitaya (also known as dragon fruit) all day, every day since I've been in Okinawa!

It's the most beautiful fruit, not to mention the most delicious. It's packed full of antioxidants, so it's good looking and good for you!

For everyone who isn’t within in arms reach of fresh dragon fruit, you can find these easy Pitaya Plus smoothie packs in your grocery store!

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:

2 Pitaya Plus smoothie packets

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup light coconut milk, from the can

1 tablespoon coconut shavings

1 cup spinach (if desired, but pretty pink color will go away!)

ice, as needed

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
