The Dandelion Green Pineapple

If you are finally up for the dandelion greens challenge, then this is your juice. Packed with antioxidants and potassium, this bitter green can also help to purify the blood and liver.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh pineapple

2 cups dandelion greens

2 cups baby spinach

1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut water

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a juicer and juice. Then whisk in coconut water to combine.
