The Green Super-Immunity Lemonade

Juice up this super immunity-boosting lemonade when you’re not feeling so hot. Whisk in some spirulina or green superfood if you’re in need of an extra jolt of immunity!

Serves 1


5 cups baby spinach

1 cup honeydew melon

1⁄2 lemon, plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1⁄2 medium cucumber

1 teaspoon spirulina powder



Juice spinach, melon, lemon, and cucumber into a glass. Add the spirulina powder and lemon juice, then whisk well to combine.
