Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cucumber

1 tablespoon fresh lavender (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 cup Greek or coconut yogurt

1 tablespoon mint

1 cup ice

Directions:

Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
