The Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

Aloha Sunshine! Blend up this power-packed smoothie in your vitamix, and head out for a barre class or yoga sculpt session like a boss!!! Remember quality food will FUEL you to your best, most loving self! xx ck

Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk drink or almond milk

2 tablespoons coconut shavings or whole coconut milk

2 cups baby spinach or your favorite greens

1/2  frozen banana

2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder (try my fave, Matcha Love by Ito En)

1 cup ice

super boosters like – 2 T Greek Yogurt or probiotic powder if desired

 

Directions:

Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
