The Peanut Butter Dream Smoothie!

If you don’t love peanut butter, don’t look! For everyone else, this absolutely delicious treat will have you going nuts over its incredible flavor, not to mention the natural energy boost you’ll get from the maca root powder. Think organic boosters, not chemical- laden energy drinks. Be good to your body and mind.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 frozen banana (or try 1 whole avocado to cut sugar!)

1⁄2 cup pineapple

2 tablespoons natural, organic peanut butter

2 tablespoons maca root powder (optional) or try pea protein powder post-workout!

1 cup ice

 

Directions:

Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
