We all have drawers full of makeup, hair and skincare products we rarely use (glitter mascara, anyone?) Clean out your beauty bag, leaving only the everyday essentials. Better yet, scout out multi-tasking products, such as tinted moisturizer, 3-in-1 blush and shine-enhancing mousse.
Yo yo …break the Fast!
You know we can’t forget the food! Keep your morning meal simple. Stock your fridge and pantry with essentials like fruit, oatmeal, Greek yogurt and hard-boiled eggs. Prefer a hot meal? On the weekend, freeze leftover (healthy) pancakes, waffles and French toast. Simply pop in the toaster, slather on some pumpkin butter and go!
